  • Great app with missing one important feature

    This is a great app for tracking investments and reviewing risk and performance of each holding. I rated 4 star because I use the desktop version all the times. But really, the mobile app is useless for me because one important feature is missing. In the portfolio, there is no customization to reorder the rows of holdings other than sorting. It can only sort by alphabetical order of the symbols. If I want to look at two stocks or ETFs next to each other for comparison, I am out of luck. In the desktop version, I can use the “my notes” column to enter numbers and letters to sort the rows to my desired order. But the mobile app doesn’t have “my notes” column. I wish the rows in portfolio can be reordered manually like what yahoo’s mobile app does. A “notes” column will be a plus feature. Thanks.

    This app has not been updated in years in terms of its functionality. None of the search engine capabilities that exist with the web-based interface are on the app. It is very frustrating.

    Very basic. Some of the functionality is not even working like I could not add stocks to watchlist. For a paid subscription you expect better.

  • Can’t even login.

    Couldn’t say if the app experience is good or not. All I seem to get is an error message when I try to login. This has been for at least 6 months. Kinda sad. Well, now I can login, but 2/3 of the time nothing will load or it says I don’t have a portfolio. Then logout, close the app, open the app, login, and maybe it’ll work. Time to look for something better.

  • Buttons not working, confusing

    When an app’s buttons don’t work, it’s immediately not useful to me. Plus the fact that when you just want a price chart and basic info and there’s not logically sound reason to get to the data is just a no.

  • Logging on is terrible

    Not sure why this problem has persisted for so long but logging into this app requires manual entry or going through many steps with the iPhone password manager. There doesn’t even seem to be a way to enable Face ID. Really amateurish.

    The app needs to feel more seamless than the web browser. This app is missing so many features it’s like an app stuck in the early 2000s while customers pay a considerable subscription.

  • Bugs

    Can’t rely on it anymore. Good luck getting help from them. Stock/fund daily price will be different in two separate places. Data will be missing on portfolio view. Think they test in production instead of before.

    Asks u to log in every other day pretty much. So if u dont have that memorized then good luck. Whoever created the app is a weeee bit paranoid about security….
