    Never had a problem until opened new location, now because of zip code defaults to the one in same zip vs the that is closer to my address in my profile other than that never really had a problem with the app

    Embarrassing. Was this code written on an abacus? No wonder sales are struggling. Your systems and technology are 25+ years old. Invest! You’re already a decade behind.

  • STOP AUTOMATICALLY GOING TO CARRYOUT

    I love Pizza Hut and exclusively prefer Pizza Hut. But I would rate this app zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that is not an option. With a recent update, the app automatically sets you up for a carryout order. I very rarely order carryout. However, the app lets you go through the whole checkout process without even confirming if you would like carryout or delivery. I am ordering food because I don’t feel like cooking, now why would I be willing to put in the extra effort of picking up if I don’t even want to cook? Both myself and my partner have accidentally ordered carryout multiple times. And yes, maybe we should pay better attention on our part. At the end of the day, we’re tired and just want a quick, easy, seamlessly delivered dinner to fit into our crazy schedule. All I ask is that there be a confirmation when ordering or a setting to set a preference. A HUGE thank you to the Pizza Hut employees who have been so kind to cancel our orders so we can place a delivery order. Pizza Hut, please stop setting customers up automatically for carryout. I would like to place less stressful pizza orders.

    The app itself works fine. However upon opening you cannot do anything but select if it’s delivery or carry out. I cannot check my account or anything else. Asking for support automatically takes you to the app where again you have to decide on delivery/carry out - is the support going to be delivery?? Fix the app.

    You can’t send the code either way. Everything you touch gives an error message.

    Saved up enough points for a free large pizza. went to use it and they literally upped the points cost. I work 7 days a week and too fn hard. just got off my shift and i’m trying to put food on my table but yall wanted to save corporate money by messing with your customers. screw you. you just lost my business. and i will not be coming back. Not eating tonight and it’s your fault. learn not to fw people.

    I just downloaded the app and set up an account but every time i tap order, it kicks me out and says “cart has expired”.

    The app is glitching and send me to the wrong location and I submit a order at 8:30 each.. and set it to be ready at 5:30. Don’t trust the app it’s a waste of time and gas!
