    I love the idea of this app, but it’s been really frustrating to use because it randomly deletes past breastfeeding entries and data. I log every feeding, including how long my baby feeds on each breast, and I rely on that information to track patterns and review the data summaries. For example, I’ll check the app and see that I last fed my baby 2.5 hours ago, then check again 30 minutes later and it suddenly says the last feeding was 7.5 hours ago because the previous entries disappeared. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it happens - it feels completely random. Because of this, it’s hard to trust that the data and summaries are accurate, or even that the information I log will still be there later. That’s especially frustrating when trying to accurately track my newborn feeding schedules and the fact that I pay monthly for the app. I am considering trying a different app out that doesn’t have these glitches.

    I have used this app over the course of five years both for my daughter and my son and it has been great. I have only ever experienced one issue with the app, and the support team resolved within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Overall an excellent experience. One minor thing I wish could be updated is how the custom food entries are stored. They appear to be saved local to the phone. So if you and your partner are sharing the app, your entries in the food library are not available from the other phone. And if you need to uninstall and reinstall the app, those custom entries are deleted. A better experience would be to save them remotely and have them sync to both phones automatically. Not a huge deal, it just requires entering the same food to your library from each phone otherwise.

    We installed this app after the birth of our first child in 2023. It has been an invaluable tool. When the pediatrician asks how much formula the baby drinks a day, I can just tap a few buttons instead of trying to remember. We’ve paid for the subscription every year after, and we’ve found it to be well worth the price! It’s extremely easy to add a babysitter. The app is easy to use, so the babysitter can also add data, and there are no gaps. I even used it to track potential allergens our toddler had been introduced to. Absolutely love this app!!!!!
