    They will stop your subscription before the final cricket matches doesn’t matter your subscription expires 10 days, they force you to renew it, their support makes stupid excuses like we can’t locate the subscription send us receipts when you send then they make another excuse these people working from India doing it intentionally bunch of crooks, don’t buy it use another app

    Trying to load the app on my Samsung tv and the UI keeps on showing Update the app now. I tried reinstalling the app and still does not work. Bad experience and not expected when I am paying for the subscription.

    Terrible app experience, where the app auto logged me out minutes before the start of the ipl 2026 final. I couldnt log back in on my ipad, iphone or tv. The terribe experience with this app continues. Too bad us customers dont have an alternative here in the US

    They have a good range of matches, but there’s no longer a schedule to see what’s coming up on the app. But this company doesn’t care about the experience, they only care about making money. The frequency and diversity of ads is unbearable. It’s the same 2-3 ads again and again after every over or other pause in play. If they could put an ad between every delivery they would, and someday probably will.

    The UX is extremely awful and clunky. Only reason I use this is to watch IPL and they have the rights. Cant wait to cancel my subscription after the IPL season
