    I use this app at home, and two separate work areas. I get the alert that I should update my profile picture for more engagement. However, the grid never changes on my iPhone. People will show active green dots 2 hrs later and still be on my grid 2 days later. I can't invest in an app monetarily. Fix your app. If you say works better on android say. However, I've put off this noticeable flaw for almost 3 years when I moved to a new area and got a new job. Limited grid and when people log off they are still on your grie for hours up to days. And yes before I wrote this I have 1 profile that has 2 days. Why pay to see more profiles of non-active people when I'm looking to chat now.

    The app use to be good. Now you can’t even post a shirtless picture because that’s considered “explicit” even if only some chest is showing. Also very glitchy.

    I keep restarting my device to get messages after receiving notifications. The bar listing for my local area has not been updated in over three years, which makes the app look outdated and unappealing. Additionally, making the app users responsible for reporting the bar closures and openings hasn’t been effective. On the positive side, I really enjoy the live streaming service! Most bears are friendly, although there are a few occasional bored and mean-spirited ones that I can block.

    I get a notification that someone has messaged me, I’m in my home with my WiFi and yet it seems to take a few hours for it to come through. Does this platform need an update?

  • Repeated False Reports Leading to Unfair Suspensions

    I value the GROWLR community and the people I’ve connected with on the platform, especially during livestreams. However, I’ve been experiencing repeated issues where my account is reported and immediately suspended, even when I am following community guidelines. During my most recent stream, I was wearing a vest and shorts, fully clothed and in compliance with the rules. Despite this, I was still reported and my access was instantly restricted again. What’s concerning is that this has happened multiple times, even when I am clearly not engaging in any nudity or inappropriate content. It feels like my account is being targeted by repeated false reports, which is disrupting my ability to use the platform fairly. I would appreciate stronger safeguards or a more thorough review process before automatic suspensions are applied, especially in cases where reports may be inaccurate. I genuinely enjoy the community and want to continue using the app, but I hope there can be better protection against misuse of the reporting system.

    Basic functions are behaving poorly. Updated iPhone, and badges will appear on Home Screen icon, yet no messages on the app. I have to turn phone off and on again, wait minutes for app to update, to get any messages. DO BETTER. I’m paying for premium, this is not premium service.
