    Works fine on iPad and iPhone. Periodically need to delete and reinstall then works fine until next Appletv update

    Developers clearly have not tested. This app does not work on Apple TV. You sit looking at the live logo and it has trouble integrating with your TV provider and does not authenticate. Therefore, you don’t get any access.

    On the night of the June 2026 primaries no news stories will load and the app is incapable of casting via google. It’s like y’all are desperate for no one to watch your coverage. Amateur hour.

    Like many here, I’ve had to delete and re-download the app every time it stops working—which happens far too often for the app of a major cable news channel. And when it does work, the volume is so low I can barely hear the anchors. I’ve resorted to listening to my favorite shows a day later via the podcast app, where the volume is just fine. News is a day late though.

    App was good when hit first released but recently when you try to watch a video you get 2 or 3 audio tracks playing at once. Make listening to the anchors practically impossible. I’ve had to turn to the CNN app just to keep updated.

    I have been writing to this company in hopes they would fix this buggy app but they seem incapable of creating a simple app. Not only do I have to log in every other day instead of staying logged in through my provider (xfinity), but it worked for a few days on my iPad and then suddenly all I get is a black screen when attempting to log in through xFinity. Why can’t they seem to fix this app?

  • Sign in problems

    I find myself having to constantly sign in with my network provider and then it still tells me I have to sign in. I go to settings where it shows I'm already signed in with Directv and sign out. Then I sign in again and it still won't let me watch. This happens every other day or so and it's made this app completely useless to me. I'm looking for a news alternative because I can't keep doing this.

    Again, always have to login if that works terrible won’t recommend it not worth the time or aggravation and then after you delete it and re-enter the app set it all up again go back to use it again and you have to login Works for a couple of attempts then two days later I have to delete it all over again and re-enter or load the app I’m done
