  • Safeco Credentials Not Working

    I received an email from Liberty Mutual stating Safeco app users will now need to use the Liberty Mutual app. The email stated to make it easy, Safeco app user name and password will work with the LM app. Unfortunately it is NOT easy as my Safeco credentials do not work.

    App is experiencing technical difficulties due to the transition between Safeco and them I suppose. However, this is no excuse. I need to access my policies and cannot. Customer service said call back Monday for policy numbers, that is ridiculous as I need them NOW.
  • Refund after delaying payments

    I know it sounds stupid but I’m a paycheck to paycheck girl and when they delay it screws up my budget. So I cancelled now they’re delaying the refund , grrrrr. I can’t keep on dealing with this seeing if a refund is an issue imagine what a ckaim would be like. Sorry not sorry you guys should see the whole picture.

  • Bad Experience Turned Into Good

    I had been with Liberty for several years in the capacity as a renter and recently added my vehicle. My experience with liberty had always been professional and courteous. However, in the past 6 months customer service was very rude and mean not listening to my needs over talking me and then trying to tell me what they were going to do instead completing what I requested. I was on the verge of cancelling and had gone so far as to purchase new Ins through Triple A now renters was provided but I was told I needed to call the state where my car was registered because that’s it done. I will be requesting a refund from Triple A and hope this relationship continues to be mutually beneficial to all involved… thank you!
