    This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had. Our reservation in Whittier, California was canceled less than two hours before our scheduled arrival, after we had already been traveling for 3–4 hours. I was with a group of 7 women, including a 4-month-old baby, a pregnant woman, and two older women, which made the situation even more stressful and difficult. What made things worse was the lack of accountability. The host and Airbnb customer service kept blaming each other instead of taking responsibility or providing a clear solution. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 PM but didn’t get access until 6:30 PM, leaving us stranded and scrambling with a large, tired group. While Airbnb eventually acknowledged some responsibility, it felt incomplete, and the host never took ownership of the situation at all. The lack of communication, coordination, and urgency was extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others when booking here—reliability and accountability were major issues in our experience.

    Airbnb has lost their mind. I was trying to find romantic getaway homes for 2 people. I’m flooded with options for 5+ guests. Wow really genius move. Also why the F did you take out filters that were useful? The OMG and unique finds were so cool. Frikkin idiot whoever made the decision to filter out what I want. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

    After spending half of my life on airbnb for 10 years, now it finally comes to an end - after all there are other websites available too. Airbnb guidelines favor host instead of renters- for a ridiculously inaccurate listing I can’t get my refund back - it’s my first time requesting refund after 185 trips on airbnb. The customer service people at community support of resolution center: Sahil, Amina, particularly Marifel are ridiculously non-logical and unreasonable, after I sent pics - not enough, asking for videos, I sent two different ones as well as a link to the video - not right form - really? an iphone video in original form not good for you? .mov, .mp4 not good for you? it’s extremely disappointing.

    I have not used the app in years, I go to sign in and says that my account has been removed. I call customer support and they can’t tell me, only the “specialized team” has that info and they’ll call me. Surprised to absolutely nobody, they never called and I still have no idea on what terms I violated.
