    Did the same developer who recently updated the NJ Transit app also update this one? Because it’s not working. Was a great app and all of a sudden it’s not even opening. I pay a subscription but the news isn’t accessible. Please fix asap it’s important to have local news and this poor tech is undermining the journalism
  • Worst performing App ever

    The app would not open today after 3 attempts. When the app does open, it takes 30 to 60 seconds to populate. I’m paying $10 a month because I like local news. I’m out.
  • Load time makes it unusable

    This app is horrible. Waiting for over a minute to load every time or even longer. Was happy to pay for a subscription to support the press, but I can’t even read stories. Did not renew. No thanks

    The app rarely opens and when it does, it crashes. It’s the only news app that does this and the phone has 128g. Fix it

    This app is so glitchy! It never loads when you click on it, it stays a blank white screen even when you go in and out of it several times. When you search with a keyword, it takes FOREVER to load and search.

  • Poor user experience

    I’ve used this app for a long time and am a paying subscriber but recently, the last six months it has gone downhill. The app takes forever to load each time you click on it and that includes NJ.com related apps like their New York football Giants news app. Additionally, after the last update two weeks ago, every time I click on it the app takes a long time to load and then crashes out so I can’t even access it.

    The NJ.com content takes a long while - like 15 seconds - to load. Always. This isn’t a once in a while thing. Using the search function is impossible, because it waits 10+ seconds to load each character in your search term. I have reviewed this app in the past. I guess reviews don’t make it to your developers.

    I am a subscriber and this is only real NJ News site which is linked to the Star Ledger. The app is broken. It takes forever to load a story. It’s been that way for quite a while while and nobody bothers to fix it.
