    This new app all sorts of glitchy. Order tracker doesn’t update. I submitted my order and it was accepted but I have no clue if it charged my card or if I will be asked to pay at the store when I pick up. Old app wasn’t perfect but this new revised one :33’s like it is trying way too hard to be the “cool kid”

    the update is ok but tracking is not as good. where is the map? there is a glitch when i put the order in but didnt take me to the confirmation page it stayed on the order page and good thing i checked my email or it would have been bought twice

    I’ve tried to pay before grabbing the food and have tried paying for delivery and each time the app takes my money but doesn’t put in the order so the only way I can use it is if I do carry out pay at store or delivery pay with cash

    So supposedly they’ve updated this app so that you get text updates…which do not work for me. I’ve tried it multiple times. I also put special instructions on every one of my orders to be delivered at the door and no matter what I do it defaults to “hand it to me”. Please fix these bugs or I’m going to stop ordering from you!

    My ordering experience has gone down significantly over the past few updates. Constant bug, terrible changes to the UI, and pointless added steps. It’s so slow now that i’m reverting to calling into the store. Should not take 15m to order two pizzas.
