    So it doesn’t let me watch the whole thing it only let me watch 1 and 2 and it asking me to pay I just wanted to watch this thinking it was going to be good unit it keeps asking to pay and it stopped let watch the show

    I love this app it’s great to watch shows but I don’t know if it’s just me but lately when opening the app, the screen is frozen on the loading screen. Really helpful if fixed!

    I have been using the Viki app from couple of years and seen some good improvements. Love the Cast feature, shows the leads and supporting actors details. Download feature has improved a lot as well. Few things to improve on, 1) Include feature to skip the Intro section. If we are binge watching series this feature would really make great user experience. 2) I have Samsung TV that’s connected to LAN . after watching a show on TV and switch to my ipad , the show or showtime will not reflect correctly on ipad. But Don’t see this issue when I switch between ipad and Roku player. 3) When I travel within US, the shows that I have downloaded does not work. I see yellow triangle next to the downloaded shows.i see this issue during international travel as well. Hope feedback helps in improving the app.

    So I got this app like a few weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it! It has all the dramas I’ve ever wanted to watch and it doesn’t have any limited series and I really do appreciate that the workers take time to translate the whole dramas to English!! I’m am beyond grateful! I’ve never had a problem with this app and it’s for the most part free, it doesn’t have too many ads or have anything else like that. If you’re reading this, I recommend this app definitely, thank you viki!!! ❤️🙏🏻 [EDIT 2] Viki has has some problems that are VERY frustrating. They’ve been happening from just about the time I go it. When I go into the app to watch something it shows a black screen when I click on the show. Then it’s frozen on the scene I left off on. The another bug is when there’s an ad, some ads don’t play and it just freezes on my screen and the when I reopen viki and I finally get to watch my show, not even 3 minutes later I get ANOTHER ad and it freezes! I’ll also think there could be a little less ads. But love this app!! Please fix this!! ❤️ [EDIT 3] This app is very good and I love it but I feel like the adds are too frequent. When I first click on a drama to watch I have to wait 5 ads and sometimes I don’t have a lot of time so it wastes my time and makes me less likely to watch anything. I was thinking you could put ads based on how long I’ve been watching? I rather have more ads than have to watch 5 ads at one time after 10-15 minutes of watching. I’m sorry that I wanted to say this but it’s so bothersome and infuriating. Thank you for reading if you got this far!! :)
