  • Was Great, Constant Sync Issues

    Have been using the app for a year or two now. Was great between the watch and the phone could track and adjust on both at the same time. Now I’ve had 2 workouts in the last week that won’t sync back to the phone no matter what. And the rest timers get funky if you try and track on your phone after starting on watch. If fixed backed to a 5/5 app.

    I’ve used this app for years to track my workouts. Overall, it’s good when it comes to tracking workouts, but the sync feature between the app and Apple Watch can suck. Sometimes it syncs fine and other times they won’t sync unless you reset the app on both the phone and Apple Watch. This issue is persistent enough to where I experience it on a pretty regular basis. I wouldn’t be paying for this app until these sync issues are addressed.

    UI is mediocre. Only 3 free templates and a $99 lifetime license. Get a $1 notebook and a box of pens. Your iPhone already has a timer. App is free otherwise to see the prebuilt templates.

    After using this app for a little under a year i can say that i would recommend this app to any gym-goer with confidence. Very useful for tracking your workouts and creating workout plans. I dont think ive been disappointed with the app a single time since i got it

    I have been using this app for a few years. It’s been great for tracking my workouts and progression. Unfortunately since the last few updates where it’s run from the watch instead of the phone it’s become unreliable to use. - Rest timers not working consistently. - Various sync issues such as after completing a set, it unchecks it randomly. Entire workouts go missing sometimes. Live sync works 50% of the time having to force close the phone and watch app. If I want to adjust my workout while I am in the middle of it, it is super buggy and annoying to update my plan for that workout based on how I feel that day. - Templates don’t always save I hope it gets fixed once and for all since I just paid for another year of subscription. Really disappointed. Try a different app for now, honestly.

  • Great, but it freezes A LOT

    Love the app, love the features. One huge problem though- it freezes A LOT. During a rest interval, when the timer goes off and I go start my next set, I reopen the app and it’s usually unresponsive. I have to close the app and restart it each time. I also don’t think that $100 for lifetime access to all the features is a good value. Would happily pay $40-$50 especially with its current issues. Next set is up! Let’s see how it goes…
