    Horrible to navigate, constantly freezes/ kicks you out. I don’t have cable and pay for multiple apps. No show they have is worth the hassle. This is BY FAR the worst streaming app out there!!!!!!

    Until now my biggest complaints about this service was the app itself: it’s still the worst app on Apple TV and hasn’t improved. I’ve actually bought a Roku stick just to watch Hallmark+ because this app is so bad. But now, they’ve decided they need to add ads at the beginning of any movie/episode you play. It’s insulting and ridiculous. Why advertise Hallmark+ to someone who’s watching it? I knew it was just a matter of time as the new Live streaming has been doing it for a while. Talk about preaching to the choir! I’m paying to be annoyed. This may be the last straw.

    I've had the app now for about six months and I've not come across any advertisements now today popped an ad advertisement for Hallmark cards if this keeps up they're going to lose me for sure. They advertise this initially as free and now they're in not worth it at all if it's going to have ads not to me! Talking to others I am not the only one that feels this way hall Mark better watch it or they're gonna lose a lot of revenue quickly

    I signed up for the 7 day free trial and decided to start a subscription. Downloaded the app on my Apple TV and it has been horrible ever since. It constantly freezes, picture quality is terrible also stops working right in the middle of a movie. No tech support. The website says to log out then log back in or to reload the app. Will probably cancel the subscription after this month.

    The account cannot be managed through the account. So I called customer service to cancel membership and the lady Jasmine was EXTREMELY RUDE! I was very polite but I guess she didn’t like that I wanted to cancel. I do usually like hallmark especially during Christmas season but she was so rude I may not get it again EVER! There are lots of great Christmas movies on other streaming services now!!

    Update: 05/2026, Downloaded this App for a 3rd time, and 3rd time was NOT a charm. Now, I get into the App, click on “Series” and no matter what “Series” I choose the App freezes up and I can’t select anything!!! They should stop having Hallmark actors trying to sell the App via TV Commercials because the App is Terrible!!! 06/2025, This is the 2nd time I downloaded the App hoping it had improved, sadly I was disappointed, even though on my Smart TV I have “captions/subtitles” turned off, every time I open the App on my TV and choose a movie and/or show the “subtitles” start, and I have to go into the movie/show and choose subtitles, then choose subtitles “Off”. It’s ridiculous, I will not being trying for a 3rd time, as I don’t feel it’ll be a charm.

  • Unreliable

    Won’t open. Shows “No configuration found”. When trying to play episodes of a series one after another it shows (something like) unable to play, with an option to try again. So far, that option hasn’t worked. I’m so disappointed.
