    Sometimes it lets me order food other times it just loads and keeps loading and then just says uh-oh. Fix your app I have the same problem with Subway®.

    I honestly can't find the cart or order button. I've hunted around for it for several minutes and even looked it up on Google. I'd normally accept some responsibility but it shouldn't be this hard to order food on an app with the sole purpose to order food.

  • Declined Apple Pay every time

    Every time I try to place a mobile order through the app, it has an issue with my stored card and never gets past the “almost there” screen. Then when I try to change the payment type to Apple Pay, it declines as though it’s fraud

    The last 3 times I've tried ordering off the app it freezes on the last screen that says "Almost there" and the stays thinking. Please fix this issue

    This app worked for me ONCE. Now it won’t add items to my bag, or it’ll say I “added the maximum amount” to my bag. I CAN’T EVEN SEE MY BAG OR MY ORDER TO PLACE IT!!!!

    Every time I open this app I have to update it, nobody has time for that while waiting in line. You can at least be like McDonald’s and still use the app before updating.

  • STOP THE 2FA! (Who needs email just to order a taco?)

    We DO NOT need bank style security to order food. PLEASE remove the email requirement to log in. Just use User/Password (like the app used to be). With email, you’re actually reducing your user base as well as annoying the regular customers. I’ll bet many people are just giving up collecting points. AND prices are getting ridiculously high. Corporate greed is also reducing overall purchasing.
