  • Not user friendly

My issue is the notification are automatically off upon downloading the app and setting it up. My co-parent thinks I have been ignoring him because he can’t figure out to turn on the notifications. Also the messages screen constantly changes what folder you have open so you can’t see both from and to messages simultaneously. It’s a problem and is creating frustration for co-parenting communication. This is a big problem and needs fixed

Even though I have full cellular service and in a good area for Wi-Fi this app constantly is posting a notification that I have no service and is still fully functioning video calls and messages with notification present. It also won’t clear unread messages from inbox status
  • Won’t open my messages now

  • Outdated app

Have had this App on my IPhone since Nov 2025. I would tether use email. The app is slow. Doesn’t allow for customization. For instance, when you open the app it takes the user directly to “inbox”. This is annoying and not helpful. The biggest glaring defect is that the opposing counsel can enter the app and read all the communications without the app triggering w time and date stamp. This is a huge problem. The comms between high conflict parents can be manipulated and used strategically for gain. Every single user on the app needs to be identified and logged so that all parties can review and see the time and date stamp of when the app was accessed.

The way the app pays the other parent sucks! You also need to be able to undo some actions in order to fix the problems that creates.
  • AI tone detector issue

The tone detector maybe helpful for some but a user should have the ability to turn it off. It impacts messaging as it assess your message and stops you if it detects your tone is negative. In theory great idea but when using the app on your phone it’s makes it harder to write and edit messages. Need option to turn off notifications.
  • Offline notice stuck

App is showing an offline notification that will not go away after updating and cannot be removed. It is now practically unusable.

This app helps me deal with a troublesome co-parent. A symbol alerting to unread messages would be helpful.

You better hope that you never run into a hardship and are not able to pay the yearly fee y’all at once. Your coparent can put whatever they want into the app and unless you pay these jokers, you won’t be able to get in there and respond to it. Absolutely unethical and completely ridiculous. If you’re not court ordered to use it don’t. They say they offer a hardship program but a father of three that has custody. His children can’t qualify making 32 grand a year who can? Another company getting rich off family law. If I could give it a zero I would, they were absolutely uncaring and unhelpful.

I am forced to use this by the courts and there are times when my new messages don’t show up and there are times when it doesn’t notify me of messages.. I wish the courts would recommend a different app but this app really sucks!!!
