  • Timing

it moves the times around rapidly and it’s confusing the times can be different sometimes and the time is always off as well. Some buses don’t pop up on the map, so it could be time 17 minutes, and then I start walking, and then there’s one that just pulls up.

Too often this app tracks buses that simply do not show up. It counts down to 0 then disappears and track the next bus that also disappears.
  • Inaccurate and Terrible Routes

The app was fine when I first got it two years ago, but with so many changes to bus schedule and buses the app has became incredibly inaccurate and gives you buses you can’t take or routes that just don’t make any sense when there is a easier more efficient way to get there. And if you want to be able to see more routes you have to pay for it. It makes my commute so much more frustrating. The Google Maps are much more accurate than this app is.

Changes map directions causing me to get lost. Not clear directions of bus stops. This only works half the time. Do better. It’s 2026 we have the technology.
  • Payment complication

So I have added my debit card to my account that I created so that way I can get on the bus and every time I want to add money, my card is rejected and my refund is processed immediately. It will not take my money so I can pay for bus fare.
  • Confusing

This app is more confusing than Da Bus app. But da Bus app is incorrect nowadays. We need more number 2s that go to and from Waikiki. One each half hour is not enough for us workers
  • Best there is but still short of being good

The Transit app is the best there is but that doesn’t make it great. One major failing is rerouting. The app knows I’m going to miss a connection, it knows there’s a viable alternative that will keep me on time, so why not at least suggest the alternative? Add some value to the inconsistent transit systems you contract with. At least give us something for all the battery power you blow through.
  • Never accurate in Yonkers!!!

Literally a waste of time for me. The bus will say it’s five minutes away and then it doesn’t come for 30 minutes. Then it will say that it will come in five minutes and doesn’t come for 30.
