    Just doesn’t work. I believe it doesn’t even do CarPlay but since I can’t get past creating an account I don’t know if that true. Reinstalled several times, hard rebooting and it just doesn’t work.

    I hate this app. This is by far the worst app ever they should really shut this app down because the unsafe routes and how the maps are nowhere near updated should be enough to shut this app down.

  • Disappointing after using the Android version

    I have had some version of Copilot since version 1 when it came on a disk for Windows. It’s always been regularly updated in the past with new features using the latest technology but this no longer seems to be the case on iOS. I’ve read the other reviews where they say we’re finally getting CarPlay support. I sorely hope we’re getting at least some of the many missing features I noticed when trying out Copilot on my friends Android device. It’s pretty telling when Hammer, a competitor that was free until just a couple of months ago and still costs half of what the truck version of Copilot does even now, has had those features and more for literally years. As much as I like this app, it’s severely out of date at this point and needs to get with the times.

    I love the app. No other app breaks roads into groups so you can avoid or favor types of roads. Plus vehicle height and weight. What is needed is routes to avoid alpr, speed, red light cameras.

    Please fix the Contact support for the iPad. Since the last update, the Contact support is missing. The support for iPhone is there but missing for the iPad. This is very frustrating as I have to copy and paste ow with the iPad and that’s my primary device. Thanks.

  • Truck drivers using apple carplay

    The app is great but it would be better with apple CarPlay support because I have apple CarPlay in my 18 wheeler.

    When u upgraded to an iPhone 17 pro Max this app completely stopped working. After several years of wonderful service I cancelled my premium subscription. Lost almost a year that I paid for. This really sucks for me on so many fronts.

    You guys need to fix your login screen so that I can actually login using the stored password in my password manager. For context I’m using bit Titan password manager, but I cannot auto fill your login form in the app with any of my password managers.
