    And worse and worse and worse as time marches forward. You’d think at any point ever something about this app would improve and you’d be wrong. It only gets worse than the terrible POS it was pre covid

    On three separate occasions, I have purchased a set of Michelin tires, and every time, the Costco employees create difficulties to avoid honoring the warranties or performing routine maintenance—even something as simple as a flat tire repair. The biggest problem is that, without even inspecting the tires, the Costco employee assumes they are misaligned and effectively VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY. What I still haven't figured out is whether this is official Costco policy, or if there is some collusion between the Costco employees and the tire vendor. Another unethical practice is that they present the standard discounts already available on the tires as if they were the warranty coverage itself; they deceive and defraud you. And finally, a curious detail: “my tire is always punctured by a large screw, and always on the same side”—yet another excuse they use to deny the warranty and force you to buy a new tire. They also make notations such as “tire shows signs of abuse”... I don't buy tires just to keep them sitting on top of my refrigerator, and I certainly don't engage in aggressive driving.

    It would be great, and very 2026, if the app would show the most recent membership photo from the physical card. My app still shows an old photo that no longer looks like me.

  • Works poorly

    Bare minimum features, glitchy mess. You can’t even read product reviews properly, as it just shoves the highest rating it can in your face.

    When I add a new Shipping address the app should give me an option to pick the new shipping address when I update the billing address

    Intuitive design, easy to navigate, only issue is how incredibly hard it is to unlock if you share your account too many times. Awful

    It doesn’t matter what event is happening during the year, I can always trust that Costco offers the best service: from a graduation cake,to a set of 4 new tires, Costco is always the best choice
