  • Unable to cancel or change subscription!

    I tried to change my subscription status, and keep getting an error connecting to apple message pop up. Instead I try to cancel and keep getting a pop up that says “we hope you’re enjoying Everand” no other options but to close the pop up. Go to the faq page and try to submit a ticket or do the bot message, nothing works. Genuinely unusable interface, and borderline scammy with the way it’s impossible to cancel.

    Dont use this app, the trial doesnt work its very glitchy and keeps asking you to pick ur trial over and over, kinda scary that they have bugs like that

    The app does not let you access your downloaded books when you’re offline. Whenever I try to access the my downloaded books while on airplane mood the app says I have no downloads then completely freezes.

    They only give 1 unlock for the first month regardless of which subscription you sign up for. I signed up for 5 unlocks per month but for some reason theres no option to get the unlocks immediately.

    I’ve used Everand since it was called Scribd. Read and listened to tons of books through both apps and am extremely grateful for the accessibility the app has offered. My favorite part of the old library model was one $10 subscription to access the entire library of books. The new system of paying $30 / mo for 5 books is wack and blatantly greedy. Why not Have an option for unlimited access to your library and remember who your client base is? We don’t need another audible

    It says theres a ton of audiobooks included in the subsciption and I was trying to find out where they were but theres such a small amount? So the only thing worth it would be the "unlock" which is a single audiobook. The library is literally a better option at that point despite the wait times I was really hoping this would be a good alternative but its a weird system packed with bugs I cant even open the app without it crashing

    The range of books is great. It just sucks that you can’t get certain ones unless you have unlocks. I switched from audible for certain reasons but will probably go back since this is an annoying issue.
