    When trying to open the app, I’m forced to watch a preview for something that I’m not interested in. I tried to close out the app and go back into it, but it wanted me to watch it so I will be canceling my subscription because it’s not even worth it.

    I loathe the forced previews and ending prompts that shrink ending credits. Stop making paying subscribers sit through ads for other Starz programming. I don’t care about anything other than what I want to watch. Stop disrespecting the artisans who make shows and films by cutting off the end credits to force additional suggested viewing. This practice is predatory and deplorable.

    Why are we forced to watch promos for your shows? Every time you open the app or start an episode, another promo which is just an ad. If I want to check out a new show, I will. You don’t have to shove it down our throats. Every other streaming app allows you to skip these. Do better!
  • It was great for 9 months while it lasted

    This app and my annual Apple Store subscription worked fine for over 9 months and without warning on the evening of 5/5/26, all of my devices using the STARZ app became disconnected. I was not able to log in as well. STARZ support was no help. I have several streaming apps and subscriptions through Apple that work 100% perfectly, yet, the STARZ app and subscription is now not accessible. STARZ support replied they can not help me since my IPS address or related connection has been blocked by them. Why? They couldn’t even tell me. Suffice to say, my 1GB FIOS internet connection is rock stable with all other streaming services and all of the other apps I use. STARZ is the -only- app and subscription that for whatever reason, stopped working during the evening of 5/5/26. Fortunately my subscription expires in August 2026 and I’m done with them. —-Avoid STARZ—-. They will not make any effort to reset your account nor offer any way to get you reconnected, even when you’ve paid in full for an annual subscription with them.
  • Great shows- worst app

    Great shows, but literally the worst app. It was on it for several months would not save that I wanted subtitles had to reset it every single time would not remember the last episode. Then logged me out and I could never get back in called customer service and they could not help me.
  • You offered a three month trial at 4.99 and charged me over $12 for the first month

    For some reason this is my only streaming app that doesn’t save where you left off and you have to find it yourself almost every single time. Can this be fixed?

    This app is awful. I just downloaded it yesterday and I CONSTANTLY have to close out the app and reopen because it takes almost 3 minutes for a movie to begin playing. Also, there is no “continue watching” section. But yall wanna charge $12 a month for streaming services?! Please fix this.

    All this app does is spin when trying to get in it. I will uninstall it and download again and the same thing. This is in all my Apple TV’s my phone and my tablet. Fix/update your app!!!
