  • Solid if you need cross-platform tasks

For most people, Reminders is probably more than adequate and possibly more effective. Todoist is a good choice if you’re jumping between MacOS, Linux, or Windows along with mobile devices all the time. One thing I like about the software is it is extremely powerful, but that power is thoughtfully concealed so it doesn’t overwhelm. Finally, MCP server connectivity is solid. You can do a lot with natural language interaction.
  • Horrible Interface

This apps SUCKS. It’s impossible to add members, I literally only wanted to add one member to a project and it failed over 20 times. The interface sucks. Instead of it being easy to use and track, the setup itself was a nightmare to navigate and the page so messy with the multiple video and to do idea options

Intuitive and easy to use. All of the sudden I am excited to make to-do lists AND get them checked off! I hope the habit sets in before the novelty wears off!
  • Switched from TickTick. Won’t be able to go back

Having a separate deadline is life saving. The app is also so maybe the smoothest, big-free app I’ve ever used. Probably smoother than the iOS apps themselves! Everything is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. Aesthetically pleasing for the most part as well.

I have been using Todoist for years and have found it a great tool for organizing my tasks at home and work. I appreciate the clean, simple design and features like being able to link directly to emails in a task.

App has great visuals, & does a whole lot. Customer is pretty good. It’s great for just about anything. My gripe is we can’t see reoccurring reminders on iOS. And for productivity I think this is highly important not to mention when a reminder has passed the due time it stays in red even when snoozed it. No info regarding this snooze in the activity log. When your busy & have snoozed a reminder in a rush or whatever scenario you should be able to go back into the reminder & see when you snoozed it & till what time or how long you have left to complete it. This is a common sense practice respectfully!!! Of course I have sent feedback but nothing changes sadly.

Still great on either platform. I’ve been using for at least 7 years I think.

You change it on iPhone app, it can’t sync, overrides by desktop version, you lose your updated data. Ongoing problem for years.

I’ve used this app for maybe a week and it’s the best planner and organizer for schoolwork. The best thing is probably that you can use it not just for school stuff but also for everyday life! Overall best app ever!
