This company prioritizes conversion over transparency. Unless you want to be immediately tagged with a 120/mo fee, and nearly impossible cancellation, do not download this trashy app.

Stay away. They scam you by choosing a payment level and don’t let you pick.

I uploaded the official layout drawing and everything is off… some walls are gone and the entire kitchen is gone… waste of time

I’m a couple minutes in and it’s asked me multiple times to rate the app. All I’ve done so far is input some of my personal information and I just want to generate some basic plans. In addition to the rating requests I’m also receiving other popups from the app. Something about something close to my address. All feels very pushy and I haven’t even started. I will uninstall the app asap.

I gave it five stars so the developers would see this. It won’t load after I answer the beginning questions. What do I do?

You can texturize a wall but can’t actually do anything very useful, like see what your home would look like if you removed a wall. Really it just changes the look of a very similar space. So going from coastal to modern, for example. But you can’t say add an oven here, etc. very limited options. I can’t imagine anyone spending $120 annually on it. Oh, and after I spent an hour trying to get it to work how I wanted it, they said they wouldn’t refund me bc I’d used it. One of the photos they gave me as an option for the kitchen added cabinets to the other side of an exterior wall. Do not waste your money or time.

I set up my room and try to add a fireplace. Only problem is it won’t let me rotate the fireplace so that it’s flush against the wall. I don’t know what room has a fireplace that sticks out in the middle of the room and doesn’t line up with a wall.

20 minutes and nothing was returned. My request was simple. One room. Now I need to figure out how to cancel this.
