  • Layout is a pain in the ….

    The layout on the app is frustrating. You have to scroll through the calendar day by day to see the games instead of just being able to scroll through them. It took me a while to even notice that. I thought the older games were just not on the app. There isn’t a single streaming app out there that is like this for a reason. It’s also frustrating that half of the games aren’t viewable until the next day because they are being televised on a network that you also have to have a subscription for. Some of them are on USA and that network doesn’t have its own subscription, so unless you have that channel on cable you’re just SOL. It was not like that last year. Rip off.

  • Picture in Picture isn’t working

    I’d love to give this a 5 star rating especially since there were issues that were fixed the other day but they still didn’t fix the Picture in Picture issue. Picture in Picture isn’t working and anytime I use it the app closes or the whole game gets messed up. It would be nice if this bug got fixed. 05/03/26: the app is still super buggy and now the games are freezing/getting stuck. Please fix both issues I’ve written about 05/29/26: Picture in Picture is still not working on Apple devices. The app is overheating my phone and making it super buggy. Please fix this app

    When I paid $40 for a WNBA game pass I didn’t think I would have to wait until the next day to watch most of the games. It would be nice to watch them the day they are played.

    I love watching the W and the app has been great in the past even if a little buggy. After the last update, I cannot watch games on landscape mode on my iPad. I use a keyboard with my iPad so only watching games on portrait mode/vertical, I have to remove the keyboard and stand the iPad in front of stacked books.

  • Buggy app with poor UX

    I love the fact that there’s an app where I can watch all the WNBA games. The price point for the package is excellent. Having said that, the app is a nightmare of constant bugs and poor performance. Currently my app refuses to stay in landscape mode and gets frozen in portrait mode. Often the video player doesn’t work - the menus don’t show up, controls are missing or laggy, cc is constantly enabled even though I toggle it off, etc etc. It’s embarrassing that the WNBA has to put up with such a poor app experience.
