  • Love the app but does need some work

    1. Kids should have their own space on here maybe it should be a age requirement or even create a app for kids (a lot of kids need outlets) 2. We should be able to referral people to others that may can help or share letters with others 3. We should be able to pick what category of letters we are interested in because I keep getting the same type of letters I do like the AI letters I do like we don’t have to share our names I like the time capsule letters I like that we can customize I’ll letter I love that this app is free at some level

    I like the idea of this app, people helping people with anonymity. But... every time you want to read more than 3 letters, you have to subscribe, or watch an ad. This is where the real underhandedness shows up. On an iPhone, you have to watch for anywhere from 30 seconds to 3-4 minutes PER AD just to get another letter. Today, I was charging my phone and accessing it via the iPhone mirroring app on my Mac and discovered the the "X" button appears within 30 seconds OFF THE VISIBLE SCREEN of the iPhone - but I can get to it via mirroring. I'm sure the developers have legalese to protect themselves from repercussions, but this is just plain dirty.

    In this day and age, we need more of platforms like this to grow and uplift each other. Mental health needs to be addressed more and this app is the essence of what the need looks like. Such a nice combination of Altruism and Philanthropy. Thank you to the team behind the app.

    The app is very good especially if you enjoy giving advice/talking to others, need advice or someone to talk to, or even just wanting to have pen pals. The only thing I will say is girls be safe cuz every dude ive met on this app immediately asked where i lived and its annoying af lol 🥲 BUT there is a block button too so yeah just saying as a warning to the girlies

    Dear app makers of sincerely, my last phone was smashed my abusive ex who I just left a week ago, but I can’t get into my account and I want THAT one, the one who I have made real connections with!! And u keep wanting to send a code, but I have no access to that email to receive the code, plz help!!!!! If u can help, I will go back and re rate, with glowing reviews plz say u can help

    Heavy. Depressing. Judgmental. I have found very few opportunities for real connection, grace, or uplifting. It's a lot of venting, but there are a lot of people that clearly need help on this app. SI, SA, etc. Could be real triggering for some folks. Tread carefully. Maybe don't use this app as a therapist and go get the therapist.
