    Top Heroes starts off as a genuinely fun game with solid mechanics. Early on, it actually feels fairly friendly to free-to-play players too — just enough to hook you in. But as time goes on, the power gap between F2P players and the people spending absurd amounts of money becomes impossible to ignore. And I mean absurd. The game constantly introduces new “mechanics,” but most of them are just recycled progression systems designed to give players yet another thing to spend money on. It becomes very clear that the game is designed to slowly pressure you into either: 1. Spending more and more money to keep up, or 2. Quitting because you can’t compete anymore. Even if you stay active every day, you eventually end up tens of millions of influence behind paying players. What started as a fun strategy game where grinding, teamwork, and smart decisions mattered slowly turns into: * Clicking endless red notification dots * Opening piles of resource chests every day * Managing bloated systems that stop feeling rewarding I used to enjoy logging in daily, but eventually it started feeling more like a chore than a game. The worst part is how gradual the pressure is. The monetization doesn’t hit you all at once — it slowly ramps up over time in a very deliberate way. And once you fall behind, most of the events start to feel pointless because you just get completely trounced by players who spend heavily.

    Thought I was going to play a game where I get play as one adventurers journey to the end of their life, then start again with a new one and find the stories of the previous play though. But this game is more of territory protection war like towers like games, with nothing using money to get ahead and ONLY that way to play in events. Nothing for trying hard or f2p. I had read that new things were in development, but not anything that was advertised in a few adds I have seen.

    This has become a pay to win game w no room for F2P and low budget users to grow. All the updates and add ons have packages to buy. And people are already spending $$$. There’s an actual guy who spent 100,000 dollars plus in this game. So stupid. So even if you do put some money in. You’re going up against guys like him. Endless grind. Not fun. And events suck to
