  • Ad option removed! Severely Overpriced!

    Found 2 books on this app I really wanted to read. They had an ad option where you could watch 1-2 ads and get 10 chapters a day. I did that for a long time then they got rid of it in 2026. Chapters average 80-200 points per chapter. Pricing is about 100-$1. So you’re paying on average $1-2 per chapter. It’s extremely expensive compared to other book apps that charge max 35 points per chapter and you got more points for your $. Super disappointing and unfortunate because the books were actually pretty good! I’ve messaged the authors and asked them to move their works to more affordable apps, but doubt it’ll happen. If you get ads or book recommendations for this app, just don’t even bother.

    This app is a ripoff. If you pay for a monthly subscription you should be able to read for a month. With 1-2 page chapters and having to unlock every chapter with over 200 chapters you would have to spend $100 to read a full book…..totally not worth it.

    Not accessible for the visually impaired. Screen reader cannot read the book. Very frustrating that all of these apps are inaccessible to the blind. And it’s like the menus are not accessible all the menus to choose. The books are pretty much accessible except when it comes to the actual book, I can’t read anything else except the headings. My screen reader will not, and cannot read the text, which is not right. Hopefully the developer will fix it instead of discriminating against blind people

    So just payed to open up another chapter. I see it taken out right from my bank acct and it claims “insufficient funds” Ok so you all better refund my money cause it shows you took it. Don’t get scammed like I did

    At first I thought it would be a good app, then after paying their month subscription of $19.99, I was only able to get 30 short chapters in a novel, when it asked for more money. To read the rest of the one novel and would cost an additional $79.99, so basically 100$ bucks for one novel. I’ll stick to Kindle Unlimited, where I read 15-20 books a month and only pay $12.83. Don’t waste your time or money.

    They bait you in and when you sign up you still have to pay. It keeps telling you that you need more coins…and the story I started had 490 chapters!!! If you have to keep buying coins to finish the story it will cost more than a dozen books from the bookstore! I will never use this again and I will highly suggest to everyone else that they save their time and their money!

    Paid for a month and after reading one day it ask for more money to continue the monthly fee meant nothing . I ask for refund they dint give them totally ignored my complaint . Don’t buy , scam .

    Needs better/more membership option’s like and unlimited weekly or monthly stories not just coins. I love the stories and the opportunity this gives for people to try their writing skills, some of the plots are very intriguing so helps you to overlook grammar errors. However when you get into a good story it is expensive to unlock more chapters and content. I do wish they had a better member options with and unlimited weekly like other platforms. Cuz not all stories are on multiple.

    I started reading one of these stories on an Instagram ad. Let’s just say I got suckered in. I bought coins to buy further chapters only to find out this book has 136 “chapters”. It will cost over $100 to finish this story!! No thanks! I cut my loss and bailed.
