MapXplorer: GPS Navigation

This is fake it sucks and everyone agrees!

If I could give it no stars I would. It has my driveway (has 2 entrances) listed as a road. It’s very obvious in person that it’s a driveway but people still seem to not always have enough common sense to know that. This app doesn’t give you anywhere to correct or report issues of the roads or the route. I simply just want my driveway removed from the map so people will stop driving through my property.

I am extremely disappointed with MapExplorer and the overall customer experience. I paid for a subscription expecting to access the app’s full navigation and premium features, but instead I have spent most of my time fighting constant login issues that have never been properly resolved. For weeks now, the app either refuses to log me in, gets stuck during authentication, or repeatedly throws errors that prevent me from accessing my account. Because of this, I have been locked out of features that I already paid for. What makes this even more frustrating is that my subscription time is still running out while I am unable to fully use the service. I have tried everything from resetting passwords, reinstalling the app, clearing cache/data, updating the app, and attempting to log in on different devices and networks, but nothing consistently works. The issue clearly seems to be on the app’s side. The biggest problem is the lack of effective support. Trying to get help has been a nightmare. Responses are either extremely delayed, generic, or completely unhelpful. There seems to be no urgency even though paying customers are being locked out of their accounts and losing valuable subscription time. A navigation service should be reliable, especially when users depend on it for travel, directions, and real-time functionality. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated, unable to access features I paid for, and feeling ignored by customer support. At this point, I honestly cannot recommend MapExplorer to anyone until they fix their login system and improve their customer support. Paying customers should not have to spend this much time trying to simply access an account.

Saw an add and downloaded this it’s nothing like the add it’s almost identical to Google Maps only google doesn’t want 15 dollars a week

$14.99/week to navigate? Heck no. What are you thinking??? There’s nothing THAT special about this app that I’d pay even $1/week.

14.99 a month? Sure okay. 14.99 a week??? Are these people on drugs??? Mind Waze does what this app promises already and it does it for free. This map app is a scam and it’s also falsely advertised.

So I downloaded this. and I was confused.because it said 3 day trial. and I skipped that and when I looked at the map. it looked plain. and I clicked the real looking map and it tp me. to the trial and I clicked a different button and it tp me.back to the same trial so fix that. and do u have to pay for everything except the app and map.
