    Cancelled and deleted this terrible app before the completion of the 7 day free trial. I was still charged $12 before the trial ended and they will not refund. Avoid at all cost.

    I planned to use this app but never actually got the chance to. Before I even opened the app or created an account, I completed a playlist transfer on my computer and later noticed that I had already been charged. When I opened the app to figure out what happened, I discovered an account had apparently been created under a name that wasn’t mine, and my payment method had already been charged without my authorization. Shortly afterward, I started receiving suspicious Google authorization and charge attempts connected to my accounts, which forced me to reset passwords and secure multiple accounts and payment methods. This was an extremely concerning experience. I cannot recommend this app based on what happened to me, and I believe Apple should investigate apps engaging in behavior like this.

    If you are transferring to Apple Music do not make the same mistake I did and purchase this app. Apple Music will do this for you for free. It also takes 4x longer to use this app than it does any other service. I’m seeing now other reviews saying they will charge you even after your trial ends too so BE SURE you keep receipts of when you cancel.

    Takes forever to transfer playlists compared to other softwares. Crashes if you have a lot of songs (which you do if you’re using this app) constantly gives “unexpected error” that cannot be troubleshooted and won’t transfer the music. And way too expensive for the type of service.

    I hit the button for one free week, then $14.99, but it changed right before to $12.99. So then I thought “I need to get my money’s worth” BUT NOT. THIS APP DOES NOT ACTUALLY TRANSFER YOUR PLAYLISTS. It will only transfer SMALL playlists, not your years-long ones that truly matter. I just wasted $13 and I actually feel like I got robbed. If I could get my money back, I would. AND THEN it won’t connect to YouTube. This is actual robbery and I’m going to dispute the charge through my credit card.
