  • SCAM! Won’t cancel subscription

    I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription ( I cancelled it via Apple subscriptions 1 week after I subscribed). They do not respond via the communication channels they tell you to use to cancel. They keep trying to charge my card. It’s been over two months and I’m still I getting notifications of their transaction being denied. So frustrating. If everyone reports this app to Apple for its financial abuse/ scams it would be great. The stories / book setup is weird. They reuse the same characters from 4-5 different families. The stories do not make sense, depict the physical, emotional, and financial abuse of women and children, and are disturbing.

    They will scam you out of 14.99 a week! Cancelled my account, have emailed, no response, just charges. DO NOT USE THIS APP or you’ll have to report fraud and cancel your card too!!

    The app ask for $2.99 for a free trial then you are unable to unsubscribe from apple store the start charging you once a week $14.99 you have to go thru your bank to stop payments and when you email support you get generic automatic answers that dont solve your problem. I would rate zero star but thats not an option

    I have been trying to get these people to cancel the subscription for the last three months. They are charging my card every 3 days instead of a week. The books suck and I keep emailing them to no response

    I purchased a subscription to read a story but then I realized you still wouldn’t have access to the full story so I immediately canceled it as well as deleted my account. Well fast forward I’ve been getting charge attempts for the past month randomly for this app despite me canceling and deleting everything. Now I’m in a back and forth with what I assume is customer service and they’re literally no help. Whatever you do don’t buy a subscription because apparently even when you cancel they’ll still try to charge you weeks later and then claim they don’t know what’s going on.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been struggling trying to cancel this subscription. You can’t cancel through your settings, only by emailing them and they never respond or cancel. It’s $14.99. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!

    Trash one of the novels seemed very intriguing I kept reading and it automatically signed me up for a subscription. I try and cancel the subscription and there’s nowhere for you to cancel it. If you’ve already subscribed you’re better off canceling your card and asking for a new one because they will continue to charge. $14.99 5 times already and it hasn’t even been a month.
