Very disappointed that I was immediately charged $31.64 for a three day trial that I canceled on day one of the three day trial. Now I have to contact Paypal go through their system for a refund . Very disappointed.
  • Free Trial for a remote? As if!

Sometimes there is a button that sneakily will let you bypass whatever add-ons they are trying to sell you, and you can go about your way, using the barebones version to at least change the volume/turn it on and off, etc. But I couldn’t find one. So in order to control my mom’s TV when I stop by, I’ve got to PAY 6.99 a month? Insane
  • Forces you to sign up for payment.

TV got factory reset without a remote. Downloaded this app to connect to it. Had to sign up for payment after 3 days. TV won’t display pin from app because it’s on the language select screen from the factory reset. And now of course they make it complicated to cancel subscription before being charge. Garbage app, avoid!!!

Definitely not worth the money they charge. Honestly you can buy a physical remote form Amazon for way cheaper than this.
  • Stupid that I have to pay to use my tv.

I paid a lot for the tv. I shouldn’t have to pay more to use it.

This app doesn’t even work on my tv. It connects sends a code and after everything is good to go not a single button works…
  • Just get a replacement on amazon

The app is great it works really well but you need to buy a membership it’s $7 monthly or $30 yearly. i think it’s better to just buy a replacement on amazon. i used this while my replacement came in.
  • Annoying Third Tap Ad Pop Up

Works well - really annoying that every third tap throws their premium purchase up. The premium does allow for volume control, but not for $30 a year.
