I can always check when the best flow of the river is for kayaking my favorite spot. Easy to use and seems to be accurate. Not to mention it’s cheap for a year subscription.

Just loaded up this app last week. It’s easy and seems to be spot on.

Closest river height is in Goshen. Would like height closer to Elkhart.

This is a great app for major river and streams but lacks places that are smaller that fly fishermen frequently fish. Places like the harpeth in Nashville have so many tributaries that aren’t on there ( the turnbull, the big turnbull) And many streams in Kentucky that are stocked. Like yall have drakes creek but not trammel fork creek which is a trib of drakes. My only complaints. Other wise, check this app frequently for water levels AND CLARITY!! Please include some type of clarity option. I’ve driven very far seeing good water levels but ends up blown out brown when I arrive. The clarity you can find from the USGS website but it’s extremely confusing to read/ understand.

This app shows a 24 hour window on river conditions for free then charges to show beyond that. It’s public data you can easily Google - USGS river data is free and far better than this junk. The UI is garbage compared to the USGS website. Save your money and space on your phone.
  • Best app for paddlers

My go-to app for current and forecasted river levels. A one time fee of $9.99 gets you access to level forecasts from the gauges that have them. Well worth the bucks. Five stars for interface and user experience.

Whenever I head to the river I check here first, valuable app for floaters. All the rivers I go to and a map of the river, even if where I put in is off the maps, I can zoom in to MY put in location and see and show others how far we’re going on this adventure. Thank you river app!
