I like this for my toddler and 1st grader but not my 4th. My 4th grader will fill in the writing and it will tell her it’s wrong. Then multiple choice pops up and her answer is right there. It’s very frustrating for her and me. I also wish it had an option to teach how to do equations. I mean kids do forget. She’s capable of all the math but forgets how to figure some of the fractions out etc. Another app we use has a button that will give a quick review. This is a cool app and has a lot of activities but in the end I decided to cancel our subscription.

I’m really disappointed with SplashLearn’s pricing and subscription setup. I signed up for the monthly plan at $11.99, thinking I was paying for full access to the app for my child. Apparently, that plan only includes 10 lessons per day, which was not clearly presented upfront. Then, once my child hit the limit, she came to me confused because the app was asking for more money to continue. Suddenly there was another upgrade option for around $7 more per month, bringing the total closer to $19/month. That option was not clearly shown when I originally signed up, and the daily lesson limit was not made obvious. It feels very predatory toward parents and kids. If there are limits, they should be clearly explained before checkout, not discovered after a child is already using the app. The learning content may be fine, but the way the subscription is structured feels misleading and frustrating. I would not recommend this app unless they make their pricing and limits much more transparent.

This app is really fun for my kid, but when I try to sign in on his tablet we got him, just to use the app instead of on my phone, it continually says it’s wrong email or password even when it’s not.

This app has “friendly” witches, happy little witches wandering around the game or shown in the background. It’s all over the app! When I complained and asked for a refund, Apple said they couldn’t refund me bc of the app creators and the app creators said they couldn’t refund me because of Apple. Since my son has zero interest or desire to participate in witchcraft and we don’t want to push that ourselves, it was $75 of wasted money. May I be your warning to any parent not wanting to push evil magic as a happy, smart thing. How insidious. DO NOT BUY if you don’t want wizardry and witchcraft in your education stinks content. They won’t refund you, either.

I have paid for a subscription through December 2026, the app is limiting the use of the app. I can not find a way to contact customer support to correct this matter. At $89 a year I should be able to access the whole site.
