  • 1 hour time limit is INSANE

A one hour time limit to draw? Seriously? I would take ads over a time limit any day tbh. Mac users, just download Krita for free from the Krita website. Or even Medibang. Zero ads and zero paywall. IBIS Paint, you are driving away customers by putting a time limit instead of just putting ads. Every single person who has a phone is used to watching ads, I’m sure I’m not the only one who would take that over only have an hour a day to draw.

Ibis from the App Store is honestly one of the best art apps out there, in my opinion. The small fee they charge is more than fair. It takes hundreds of hours to build, maintain, and continuously improve something this well made for such a large user base. For those frustrated about having to pay now or deal with limited access, it’s worth considering the work behind it. Expecting full access without compensation is essentially asking the developers to work for free and most of us wouldn’t be willing to do that in our own jobs.
  • Good ol’ Ibis Paint, pricing feels unnecessary though.

I love Ibis Paint, can’t draw without it, but I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it costs so much for the pro version on here, yes it gives more features than mobile, but doesn’t justify being $60

Dude, I love this app but the one hour time limit gets really annoying, I have commissions I gotta do and don’t want to wait a day for jst an hour of work to be done. . . please simply remove it like your mobile app, Ibis paint was supposed to be free I thought. It truly is simply annoying.

Overall good drawing app, but it’s disgusting that I have to pay to do a simple drawing when it’s’s free on a much better device. And the fact that it only lets you draw for a hour is horrible.

I am able to draw with my mouse on this app with my MacBook Pro but using it to move the picture around need some work. I wish I could drag and drop my picture instead of zooming in and out to move the picture. MacBook Pro M5 Pro: 24 GB Memory 15 core CPU 16 core GPU
