    Misleading and overcharged. Will be filing a complaint with Apple. Billed an additional 33% on credit card statement versus subscription amount at checkout. Horribly misleading and difficult to use product

    I paid $79.99 for the year and I can not even make a single video. I have 1000 credits and do make a short 5 second video it’s 2500 credits. I tried to get a refund the day I purchased and was denied. Garbage app and if you select help within the app there’s only 2 frequently asked questions; how do I get a refund and how do I cancel.

    Monthly/Yearly subscription for 1,000 tokens. If you want more tokens, it’s more money. The most basic features cost 500 tokens, so you’re looking at 1-2 low end videos a day, or you need to spend more money to create anything fun. I used my tokens in a few minutes and the videos didn’t translate well at all. Not a fan.

    I never intentionally purchased this app. I was simply looking through it and somehow ended up subscribing by mistake. I immediately filed a complaint with Apple, but because it was a yearly subscription, they refused to issue a refund — even though I reported it right away. I even submitted a second request and was told again that nothing could be done because it was an annual plan. On top of that, the app itself is terrible. It runs on some confusing point system where they gave me around 4,000 credits back in March, yet there’s no clear way to manage anything, no customer support, and no real way to communicate with anyone. In my opinion, it feels completely misleading and poorly run. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Stay far away from this app.

    They first want to make you subscribe to use the app but then you have to pay additional for credits to use to create anything. Not only that. The are not using their own ai generator. They are using other generators. So basically this is a third party software. Inflated pricing. 25$ in credits to generate 1 video without knowing how long of a video length will generate?

    App is a rip off. I purchased the pro version and it keeps asking me to spend more money to use any of the features. Then I try a basic one and say generate and then all of a sudden I am using tokens that I didn’t even know I had. This app may create cool videos but is falsified about what you actually get for your money. Plus no trials to see if you even like the feature. I do not recommend.
