I like this app however. It feels like you are having a conversation with someone. I like how it corrects the pronunciation of words and explains it. The frustration is the lag between when I repeat something and when the responds. Today it took two minutes before I just disconnected. Also, for some reason, I don’t hear the conversation through my earbuds. It only plays through the phone speaker; yet, my earbuds are connected and I can hear everything else through them. Also, I’m I supposed to hear what the purple looking bunny is saying when I first open the app. The screen that shows the score. The character is saying something, but no words come through the speaker or my earbuds. Other than these things, I think it’s a great tool.

Really bad delay response I talk and he doesn’t respond back I have to keep repeating myself

It took my money and wouldn’t give it back I tried canceling my subscription so I could get my money back because I wasn’t using the app but the app it’s self I feel like it goes to fast and I don’t understand it doesn’t really help me personally

I have read a few of these reviews and a few people are having the exact same problem I am having. Can’t set up the account, always taking me back to the subscription page after I’ve completed it , can’t sign in because My Account had not been created?? I almost uninstalled and reinstalled but decided to read reviews first thank goodness! Had I read the reviews before I started, I could’ve avoided so much trouble.

The thing to sign up for the subscription was very confusing so in me signing up, it said there were multiple errors in the transaction wouldn’t be took just for you to turn around and try to take my money not only do you take my money you tried to take it twice you tried to take $20 out of my account twice so I’m confused on why this transaction was taken it never explicitly stated it took me through like three different links to get to sign up for the subscription and I deleted it and it said you will warn me before two days When the subscription was about to end, but that did not occur scam

You have to answer all these annoying questions and then after that u have to pay!! No free features at all, deleted

This has potential to be one of the best language learning apps on the market. Unfortunately it’s very glitchy. The tutor always freezes and often doesn’t give feedback at the end of a session. Also there’s no clear path of learning. It’s pretty much all self guided. However the chatbot talks very naturally. When it’s working well you can get a better flow of conversation than with other apps. Also when the feedback is working it’s very informative
