As a revert this app is extremely helpful with daily prayers and seeking more knowledge and better understanding of the Quran.

You have to pay 40$ to use the app which isn’t mentioned until u download it what kind of ‘Islam’ is this 40$ for athan times? May God NOT bless you here and the hereafter this is disgusting back to Muslim Pro I go (free) 🫡

They are still charging our after cancellation on our different card, I don’t know how they got the information from apple.

i used a quick free trial and thats it and then without warning me the app charged me 69.99$ i mean its just ridiculous and un organized🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I paid $39.99 for the yearly premium plan mainly because the widget feature looked useful, but after using the app, I found lots of issues. 1. The prayer times shown in the app are incorrect, and there is currently no option to adjust the calculation method or manually correct the timings. For an app that relies heavily on accurate prayer schedules, this should be a basic feature available from the start. 2. The widget displays prayer times in 24 hour format with no option to switch to standard 12 hour time. Users should be able to choose the time format that works best for them instead of being forced into one option. 3. The AI assistant should be able to guide users through app settings, explain features, and help troubleshoot issues. Right now, it doesn’t seem knowledgeable enough about the app itself to be truly useful, its just ChatGPT dressed up as “Deen Buddy” These are not minor inconveniences, they are ESSENTIAL features, especially considering this is a paid subscription. The most concerning issue is the inability to correct prayer times, because accurate adhan timing is one of the main reasons users download and pay for an app like this. Please take this feedback seriously and improve these areas. At $39.99 per year, users expect the app to deliver accurate functionality and meaningful customization options. Right now, it does not meet that expectation.

I don’t like the overall setup and also iman is the amount of faith someone has so you can’t say it excellent or needs too be worked on because the amount of questions you got right or wrong the ai could be made more concise too I would have given it half of star if I could fix that and I’ll give you 5 inshallah

It’s helpful I suppose but it’s not free which is weird. Also it uses AI which is absolutely disgusting how can you be a Muslim app and support AI if it’s harming the environment ?

I love this app but recent update made me extremely disappointed… some of us dont have international bank account or something like that. Some of us are minor/ unemployed thus we don’t have a linked payment system to go through “claim 7 weeks trial”. This app was something that made me feel closer to allah. The daily verse widget system made me realize and understand quran even better. But due to recent update i cant even open the app , the widget system isnt working. My heart feels torn . Maybe you guys could limit usage of Ai inside the app for free users rather than making it completely unavailable. Utterly disappointed and disheartened. 😭 please bring back free usage even if its just limited but please make it available for us all.

I subscribed to premium annual, and found out today that I had to subscribe again??? This is such a scam when I paid full $30, it now says that I only subscribed to weekly! Very disappointed with this. I was very excited about using deenbuddy and have been enjoying it too. When I opened the app today to find out that I’ve been removed from this subscription plan.
