  • Like pulling your hair out

    Average experience: Sends you through endless authentication loops, many of which will die out. After your 5th or 6th time entering your SSO it might be nice and let you see the “app” which is actually just a hard to navigate sharepoint website. Should you need to access anything else on the website, it’ll 50/50 make you do all the sign in process again. Attempting to modernize this website has only made it incredibly frustrating to use. It was much easier to use the old UOteam website even though it was a bit dated looking, at least it was functional.

    This was supposed to replace having to use their system at work to be able to RDO, Vacation, look at schedule, and see all other benefits we receive. Hasn't been updated, takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. Looks like universal doesn't seem to care about their employees.

    This app is horrible. It does not load anything. I had to delete the app and redownload it just for ANYTHING to download. I can’t access my comp tickets. I downloaded the extra security app and still nothing. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work?

    Even with MS Edge on this device the app won’t work. An app that requires you to make Edge your default browser for full functionality is not an app.

    Trying to utilize the app is useless. The main page is never updated, nor does anything appear under the scroll ad. Tried to navigate to get tickets and the screen just says “loading”.

    Why can I not screenshot my schedule? Why do I need to sign in every single time? Why do I need duo app and Microsoft app for logging in? Universal makes the process of anything related to work as difficult as humanly possible for what?

    No Face ID, doesn’t remember my login information, makes you login twice every time you want to do anything. Doesn’t grab the security code from text messages or let you copy paste it so you have to remember it and type it in. App is slow and doesn’t fully support pop-up windows which makes submitting workflow/RDO or VAC requests for timekeeper literally impossible. Basically useless.

    I like that we have an app now. However, it’s so inconvenient. It took me half an hour to log in and when I finally did. Nothing loaded so I can’t get to the features I need. I tried the usual troubleshooting. I made sure my app was updated. I closed the app and reopened. I deleted and redownloaded it. I turned my phone off and on. Nothing worked. I opened it right now and the home is still loading and still have access to nothing.
