    I’ve only used this on three different days/events since getting it one week ago. It immediately impresses; it was able to summarize events accurately & deliver logical structural organization to the full array of subject matter, even when scattered delivery through conversations which included attention deficit behaviors. I shared a very mildly edited summary with other individuals inside my leadership circles. [I confess, I didn’t reveal my new tool in my “pocket”] I simply shared the pure & concise summarizations. I got excellent feedback and pleasing raised eyebrows of satisfaction with my reporting. Maybe… I’ll get a raise !! You could as well.

  • A brilliant tool, with immense potential

    Technically, this hardware/software is solid. It captures data, and provides several models that analyze it. Irrespective of what industry you are in, the ability to synthesize information in a manner which allows conceptualize it and ultimately utilize it, is worth its weight in gold. In order for this application to reach its full potential there need to be two advances: 1) a transparent statement from the company pertaining to how data will be protected and 2) an ability for the data to be quickly and resolutely integrated into other software systems. In essence, security and movement will dictate the success of this technology. I hope the developers consider those two factors as they move forward. That said, excellent work, I look forward to seeing what’s next.

  • Completely useless since last update

    Other than the fact that the parsing into separate speakers doesn’t work well, I was starting to like this device. Since the update yesterday, it is completely useless. Nothing will sync and support hasn’t been able to fix it.

  • Bricked Device With Terrible Support

    What a waste of time ordering a pair of these was. The device bricked during setup and support kept asking me to do more work to solve the issue. When I asked for a refund since they stated they had a 30 day money back policy support pushed back. Do not support these crooks there are plenty of other companies in this space that won’t give you the run around and probably will send you working devices.

  • Updates broke the app

    It was great until this week. Now the app is stuck behind a new permissions screen that says Bluetooth is required (it was never missing before) but the UI of that permissions screen won’t allow me to turn Bluetooth on in that screen. I slide that option button to ON and as soon as I remove my finger, it turns itself back off. If I hold my finger there to keep the ON setting selected, it doesn’t help. The Continue button remains disabled because the slider for Bluetooth is broken. There is no way to open the app now.

    App works fine, but it keeps erroring on updating the pocket wifi update. I reached out to the developer a few times but they don’t respond.
