We had our new t mobile fiber installed. Internet has been fine, some spottiness and lagging. We’ve had it installed for a week and a half but they still haven’t buried my line. Frustrating as I’m wanting to mow the lawn.

We are having intermittent WiFi drops the last five days I spent hours on phone with zero results. Today I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for tier 1 help, when they came on she was looking into it and call dropped No call back or follow up Complete fail I thought your customer service was supposed to be better?

It appears to click online to offline to online for a few seconds but off and on all day. It can be irritating on some devices. It’s just a few seconds but still? Otherwise 2G is awesome!

They installed service and it been over a month since they installed service and still have not buried the line. They keep escalating and nothing happens. Then I spoke with Alexander on April 30th at 12:30pm and he recommended I cancel service. I told him I’m recording this convo and he said it was okay. He is canceling my service and I think everyone should as well.

My Internet has been great and super high speed. The only issue I had was when I was using my own router, which is the eero it needs to be set up in bridge mode. If you want the eero to work properly, make sure that the fiber box directly from T-Mobile, plugged into the wall before your router is in Bridge mode. That is a setting that you cannot access only Support can. I have my own personal eero devices and could not be happier.
