Nostroots brings Trustroots to the Nostr protocol: decentralized, user-owned social networking for travel and hospitality. Your identity and data stay yours, not a company’s. What you can do: Post notes on a map — Share what’s happening in a place: events, tips, or that you’re around and open to meet. Subscribe to areas — Follow regions you care about and see notes from other travellers and locals. Own your data — Your profile and connections are yours. Use other Nostr apps, switch clients, and take your identity with you. Why Nostroots? Trustroots has always stood for the gift economy and trust between strangers. Nostroots keeps that spirit and adds decentralization: no single server or company controls the network. Nostr is an open protocol; many apps and relays can participate. If one goes away, the network and your identity don’t. Who it’s for Travellers, hospitality exchangers, and anyone who wants social networking that’s open, resilient, and user-owned.
