Description

PeptidePal is the only iOS app combining GLP-1 shot tracking, research peptides, and TRT in one place. Track Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin and 50+ more peptides. Built for peptides — not retrofitted from a generic medication app. Reconstitution calculator with live syringe illustration. Educational AI advisor that respects medical boundaries. For GLP-1 patients, peptide beginners learning their first BPC-157 protocol, intermediate users running cycles, and advanced stackers juggling Wolverine Stack, GH Stack, GLO Stack and more. ■ Protocol Builder — Build your stack from a curated library or from scratch. Customize dose (mcg, mg, IU, mL), frequency (daily, every other day, twice weekly, 5-on/2-off, custom), specific days, start date, notes, and reminders. ■ Peptide Library — 50+ peptides explained in plain English — each with a nickname (BPC-157, the healer; Ipamorelin, the clean GH pulse), mechanism, half-life, commonly-researched dosing ranges, side effects, and contraindications. Covers Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, KPV, Semax, Selank, DSIP, Thymosin Alpha-1, MK-677, AOD-9604, IGF-1 LR3, Epithalon, and more. ■ Curated Stacks — Pre-built combinations: Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500), GH Stack (CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin), Tesa Stack, GLO Stack, Sleep Stack, Cognitive Stack, Immune Stack. Tap to spin up a multi-peptide protocol with sane defaults. ■ Reconstitution Calculator — Enter vial size (mg), BAC water volume (mL), desired dose, and syringe size. PeptidePal shows a live syringe illustration with the exact plunger position — plus an over-capacity warning if the math doesn't fit. Saves results directly into your protocol. Math conversions only; always verify with a licensed provider. ■ Vial Inventory & Supply Alerts — Log every vial in your stack: peptide, fill size, concentration, and expiry. PeptidePal's supply engine tracks what's left in each vial and projects exactly when it runs out — calculated from your live protocol, not a guess. Get a heads-up notification ~7 days before you run dry so you have time to reorder, and a second alert if you've already run out and your next dose is at risk. Tap any alert to land directly on the vial. Never scramble for a last-minute reorder or miss a dose because a vial ran empty mid-cycle. ■ Calendar View — Monthly overview with dose indicators on every day. Tap any date to see completed doses, planned doses, injection site, and time. ■ Injection Site Rotation — Tap-to-select on an interactive body map. PeptidePal heat-maps recently-used sites and nudges you to rotate (abdomen, thigh, deltoid). Never track rotation on paper again. ■ AI Advisor — Ask about half-lives, mechanisms, side effects, or your active stack — answers in 2–4 sentences, plain English, "smart friend over coffee" tone. Hard-refuses to recommend doses or titration for prescription drugs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin, Sermorelin) and redirects you to a licensed physician. The only peptide AI that won't pretend to be your doctor. NOTE: We do not offer medical advice. Any and all recommendations should be viewed as suggestions, please consult with a medical professional and do your own research before trying a new Peptide or Protocol plan. PeptidePal is free to start. Protocol tracking, advanced analytics, full stack library, require a subscription. Asking people to pay for an app they haven’t even seen yet up front is ridiculous. I deleted it immediately.

Been waiting for a comprehensive website covering this subject for years. With PeptidePal my wait is over.

Tried to go through the setup process, errors out every time. Took my phone off my wifi, removed jt, downloaded again and ran the setup again. Same result.

Charging upfront without providing a free trial is incredibly disappointing. Many competing peptide apps are available, some of which are entirely free. I would need a trial period of at least three to seven days to evaluate the app before committing to a purchase.

I’ve been actively using strength and recovery peptides for a year now, and PepPal is by far the only app I’ve been able to see Hyper specific achievements from my goals AND customized protocol management. When I log in, I can literally see everything tailored to me which NO other app does right now.
  • Clean UI and knows me well

Super clean and surprisingly useful. I’ve tried a few tracking apps before and this is the first one that actually feels built for peptides, not just a generic medication tracker. The protocol builder and reconstitution calculator are really straightforward, and I like having everything in one place instead of juggling notes. UI is simple, no clutter, and the privacy focus is a big plus. Excited to see how this evolves.
