NightRecovery analyzes your sleep and vitals from Apple Health to compute a daily recovery score — helping you understand how well your body recovered overnight and whether you're ready to push hard or take it easy. NightRecovery builds a personalized baseline from your recent nights and compares each new night against it. Your recovery score (0–100) is calculated from four signals: • HRV — Heart rate variability during sleep, the strongest indicator of autonomic recovery • Resting Heart Rate — Lower than your baseline means better recovery • Sleep — Total duration and efficiency compared to your personal norm • Respiratory Rate — Deviations from your baseline can signal stress or illness Scores fall into three bands: green (recovered), yellow (moderate), and red (strained). The algorithm adapts to you — it needs about 7 nights to start scoring and gets more accurate over 14. FEATURES • One-glance recovery score with color-coded band • Detailed breakdown of each signal's contribution • Trend charts to track recovery over time • Fully private — all data stays on your device • No account required, no subscriptions Requires Apple Watch or compatible device that records sleep and heart rate data to Apple Health.
