You get a posture score, a clear breakdown of what's tight, what's weak, and where you're off-balance. 4. The app builds a short daily exercise checklist based on what it found, stretches, mobility work, and strength moves that target your specific issues. 5. Re-scan whenever you want to see progress. No account is required to use the app. Premium subscription A Premium subscription unlocks your full posture breakdown, personalized daily plan, region scores, asymmetry analysis, and re-scans for tracking progress over time. Available as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
