When Will I Retire is a modern app that calculates your retirement date based on Turkish Social Security (SGK) rules. Enter your birth date, gender, insurance type and accumulated premium days; instantly see the days, hours, minutes and seconds remaining until your retirement. WHY THIS APP The countdown is live. The home screen displays a large card with days, hours, minutes and seconds ticking down second by second. Your target retirement date, retirement age and applicable legal period (EYT, Gradual, 5510) are clearly shown. Premium progress is visual. The progression between your earned premium days and required premium days is presented as a percentage on a colored bar. You always know how many days are left at a glance. CALCULATION COMPLIANT WITH SGK RULES The calculation engine supports three legal periods: - Before 08.09.1999 (EYT) - Between 08.09.1999 and 30.04.2008 (Gradual transition) - After 30.04.2008 (Law No. 5510) Different rules apply for 4A (SSK), 4B (Bag-Kur) and 4C (Civil Servant) insurance types. Age and premium day requirements are automatically calculated based on gender. SERVICE BORROWING MANAGEMENT You can add periods spent without insurance such as military service, maternity, overseas service, internship and apprenticeship as borrowing entries. Your total borrowing days are included in the calculation and your retirement date is updated accordingly. You clearly see how many days each entry contributes. SCENARIO TESTING Even if you have not yet borrowed, you can test different scenarios. Choose from ready templates like military service (18 months), overseas (5 or 10 years), internship (2 years) or create a custom scenario. Run simulations with quick +30, +90 and +360 day buttons. The current date is compared side by side with the scenario date, and you instantly see how many months or years earlier you will retire. SMART NOTIFICATIONS Daily reminder at 09:00, weekly summary on Sundays at 20:00, and special notifications at important milestones (5000, 5975 and 7200 premium days).
