BUILD allows you to build workouts from clips you downloaded from social media! 1. Upload your clips: Add short exercise clips (up to 10 seconds) from your photo library. Give each clip a name (e.g. "weighted dead bugs", "heel squat", "dragon flies") and tags (e.g. "abs", "glutes", "adductors") and hit upload. 2. Browse all your clips in your library. Filter by tag to pull up exactly what you need when you’re building a workout 3. Build custom workouts by arranging clips into circuits with multiple rounds. Add rest periods between moves or between blocks. Reorder, edit, and refine until the workout is ready. 4. Press play and follow along as the app plays each clip in sequence, counting down rest timers between steps. No more needing to pause to find the next video in your camera roll!
