The constraint is the point. - See today's brief on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity with a real-time countdown to midnight. - Add the Home Screen widget (small or medium) or one of three Lock Screen widget sizes (rectangular, inline, circular) for a constant glance reminder. - See the brief in the Dynamic Island on iPhone 15 Pro and later with a live countdown. - Mark the brief done from the Lock Screen Live Activity, the Dynamic Island, or the in-app card. A strikethrough plus a check confirm it. - Open the Progress screen for a current streak, longest streak, kept count, 30-day completion rate, a 12-week heatmap of done days, and a strip view of this week. - Schedule one quiet daily reminder at the time you choose. Tap the notification to open the composer. - Write an optional reflection note when you mark a brief done.
