Tap one island, then tap another to lay a bridge between them. Tap the same pair again for a double bridge, once more to remove it. Give every island exactly the number of bridges printed on it, never let two bridges cross, and link every island into one connected network to clear the board. How do you play Latch? Tap a cell to cycle its number. Fill the grid so each row and each column uses every number exactly once, and make sure every greater-than and less-than sign between two cells points from the larger value toward the smaller one.
