  • App Fails to Protect Customers

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this platform. A service provider canceled my appointment and still kept my deposit, despite a clear pricing issue that was not disclosed upfront. When I tried to resolve the matter, I was directed back and forth with no real accountability or resolution. What’s most frustrating is that the platform does not seem to effectively protect clients when disputes arise with independent providers. Once payment is made, there is very little support or recourse, even in situations where transparency is lacking. At minimum, there should be stronger safeguards for customers and a clearer dispute resolution process. Until that improves, I cannot confidently recommend this app to others.

  • Problems with cancelling

    Cancelled an appt a couple of weeks prior, and the appointment popped back in the day before causing me to lose a booking fee. I reported the bug to their support but was basically gaslit and given the run around. I can’t book through this app anymore as it’s untrustworthy and their support comes off shady.
