The app is not working properly after every cut I must restart the machine because it keeps-s reconnecting on its own and it freezes with the window in place and no close window option horrible update I’m losing out on money here!
  • App keeps crashing when I use offset

6/8/26 For the last few hours I’ve been working on DS on and off hoping the app would stop crashing when I try to use offset. This has literally been all day. 6/9/26 Update 24h later, app still crashes every time I use offset. Logged out, then logged back in. I have powered off my device. Restarted deleted reinstalled app resigned in an app still crashes. Every time I use offset app also crashes on my android when I use offset as well. 6/10/26 Update. Still can’t finish my project. Zero app support.

I was using cricut design space to design multiple shirts, in multiple sizes. And they added too many steps to get there. I don’t need to click on what I am making, what size I am making. Just stop with all the extra hoopla. And stop using AI . It’s dumb.
  • STILL NOW WORKING

This app is definitely garbage. Does not work. Constantly forcing me to use beta, I don’t need or want to use it. Will not upload any of my SVG as single layer. Why buy a $400 cricut when the app does not work. Update! Still garbage! Buy a different device! I have been working on the same project for three hours! All I am doing is cutting out a simple quote and design space does not function properly for that. So it’s time to trash this app and device!
  • Harder to Use

This updated version is beyond difficult to use, even when doing simple commands like moving the image to the corner or zooming in/out. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, none of my other devices have the circut app, tried signing in and out, none of these actions change the fact that the app is laggy and crashes often. It has been so difficult to use, I do not find myself reaching for my cricut as often as before. Even the version before this update was better.

I just bought an ipad and have been using it craft but i keep getting pop up “success” “bluetooth connected” every time i try to cut on my machine and i cant get it to close since theres no button to close it so i have to close and open the entire app over and over again. This has been happening frequently that im getting frustrated. Please fix the app.

I have had a subscription to design space for a few years now and it worked great but the last year and a half I have not used it as much mainly because every time I go and start a project the app crashes for no reason. It’s very frustrating with the amount of times the app crashes on me for one project. I was making shirts for my granddaughters first birthday. It was an easy project should have only taken a few hours took me weeks to do because the app crashed mid project every time. The print and cut feature doesn’t properly work all the time either. The amount of projects I didn’t do because I would go to print and would lose half the image.Im paying a subscription for something that only works when it wants to.

I have a CRICUT Maker that was working fine a few weeks ago….after this last update and getting inspired to do a project, the app keeps loosing Bluetooth conn on my iPhone 17pro max. I have had this machine since the pandemic of 2020….Very disappointing since my card was just hit for the annual fee of $106 and change….please fix this….

This is a huge dissapointment, this app is terrible, everything has a paywall, no real instructions, sick to my stomach that I wasted my money on a cricut maker 4 and I’m stuck with this garbage software to use it
