    I just downloaded the app today and it works well but I noticed a couple things that went wrong and made me frustrated: when you try to type or do something that involves zooming in or something you can’t scroll up or down and often you can’t get out of the text box. You also can’t scroll up or down sometimes just normally please fix this

  • Where are my tickets?

    I purchased tickets to WC 2026 in January, got the confirmation email and a $700+ charge on my card. Their site says tickets would be available no earlier than May. We’re halfway through May and I have had absolutely zero luck finding my tickets. I’d like to just see them and know they’re there, why are tickets you charged me for in January still not viewable for the match less than a month out? No clear answers on their site and trying to contact a support person is impossible. Where are my tickets???

    This app is obviously not native code, probably some junk like flutter written by third world people who lied on their cv’s to the jobs. The design and flow are complete nonsensical trash. Considering how much money FIFA has as an organization this is shameful

    FIFA has mucked up everything else about this World Cup. Is it any surprise that they can’t put together a functional app? That you can’t even access the tickets you spent a fortune on via the app tells you everything you need to know.

    The app does t let you scroll at all to see anything below the screen fold. Have tickets you bought? Good luck finding them using this app. The basics don’t even work.
